From the modularity and reliability of CANBIO machines comes a solution that satisfies all your multi-material product moulding needs.

Flexibility - in terms of the number of injection units - is provided by the CANbus system. The machine can be equipped with up to 6 injection units without having to change control devices.

The option of adding injection units to the machine in vertical, horizontal, parallel or overlapping positions provides complete freedom of choice with regard to the mould to be used.

The Negri Bossi-made rotating table, controlled by hydraulic or electric brushless motor, provides improved precision and greater range in the positioning of the mould and also enhances adaptability to the specific needs of the mould in use.

 Vertical Injection Units

From 1 to 4 injection units.

Injection units with Euromap classification ranging from 70 to 375 and plasticising screws with diameters ranging from 20 to 40 mm.

Technical solution suitable for IMMs with clamping forces ranging from 70 to 530 tons.

Horizontal Lateral Injection Units

1 injection unit with Euromap classification ranging from 150 to 2850, including plasticising screws with diameters from 28 to 80 mm.

Technical solution suitable for IMMs with clamping forces exceeding 210 tons.

Parallel Injection Units in a Horizontal Position

From 2 (side by side) to 4 (on two levels) injection units.

Euromap classification between 300 and 6500, the same as or different from each other, with plasticising screw diameters from 35 to 100 mm.

Technical solution suitable for IMMs with clamping forces exceeding 160 tons.

Overlapped Injection Units

2 overlapped injection units (one installed in the standard position and an additional tilted one in the overlapping position).

Injection units with Euromap classification between 300 and 6500, the same as or different from each other, with screws diameters from 35 to 100 mm.

Technical solution suitable for IMMs with clamping forces exceeding 160 tons.
